Production Receipts not getting generated in OBP 7F Planning Area

Hi Experts!

We are trying to setup OBP in SAP7F planning Area. Majority of the data is flowing from S4 and the data which wasn't available we created via the data integration app. With all the data, we are trying to take a Supply Run.

Scenario is straight forward- We have 1 product FG1 @ Plant P1, flows through PDC1 to SDC1.
Product FG1 has 1 component R1 which is connected to a Supplier S1.

have Tlanes created from Plant to PDC & PDC to SDC for FG1 & for R1 tlane is created from S1 to P1. Also we have created Tlane resource for R1 with Supplier. (We don't see the Master data Supplier Product in 7F)

The PDS data is maintained in the system for FG1 with R1 maintained.

With the above, the initial stock is getting consumed but the Demand doesn't flow to the Plant, moreover if we input unconstrained forecast on the Plant, then too the system doesn't generate Production Receipts even when a lot of demand is going unfulfilled .

I did go through content but wasn't able to find something. Pls let know if anyone has faced this?

Can you please check if demand can be seen in projected stock view tile or planning logs did the demand is considered for planning or not

Hello Anish,

Could you please check if those combinations have the completed master data?

For example the Location-Product master data.
