Dear All,
I am experiencing an unexpected problem with some production orders.
We have a sales order that is covered with a production order in APO. The user decides to change the delivery date in sales order so this causes that ATP/CTP is executed in APO. After confirming the new date that the system provides, the sales order is saved and when we check the production order, both in APO and ECC, it is with deletion flag and a new planned order has been created.
This behaivour was impossible to manually reproduce by me in the same sales order so I am not be able to finde the pattern or the origin of the problem.
Any idea?
Thanks and best regards,

Dear David,
you could utilize the APO live cache log to see if the deletion flag was set on APO side. The log will provide all details at the runtime. It can be activated via /SAPAPO/OM22 and function /SAPAPO/OM_ORDER_CHANGE and can be evaluated via /SAPAPO/OM21.
Regards, Nico
