Production integration process:Automatic creation of IBD for FG in ECC not happening

Dear Community Members,

I am doing production integration process. Storage location for issuing components is EWM managed. As per the process steps, I performed the consumption of the components, which resulted in the posting of the material document with movement type 261 automatically in ECC against the OBD.

Now as per the process step inbound delivery should have been created to perform the GR for the FG automatically in ECC, but I can't find any delivery created in CO14 against the production order. I am doing this process as per process document published by SAP ''How to configure production integration''.

Can anyone point me if I am missing something?

Hi Sushanta,

Check if you have enabled a check box "GR fr EWM" in warehouse specific parameters of ERP-EWM Integration.

Config node: IMG-->Integration with other SAP components --> Extended Warehouse Management --> Basic Settings for EWM Linkage-->Configure SAP EWM-Specific Parameters.

If this is enabled you cannot create Inbound deliveries in ERP..

please check sap doc. It says if EWM post goods movement, then co14 will not show.

Reply: Show your production order documents goods movement tab. When you post consumption, OPC delivery is created in EWM and then ERP goods movement is posted in Manufacturing order.

If OPC delivery is posted successfully(/SCWM/PRDO), then material document is available in manufacturing order

Reply:You will not find delivery in CO14. The link between manufacturing order and inbound delivery is broken from table VRSLI, the moment you post GR, if there is entry in CO14( Inbound delivery), it means you have issue in your postings. Check inbound delivery in PRDI agaisnt your manufacturing order, the status of GR and putaway.

Can you please provide the SAP document link and the section you have referred to in the above screenshot?

Ok, it's understood that as goods movement have been posted for outbound consumption delivery in EWM so it will not show in CO14. But the other inbound delivery which was created should be available and should be open. But for me, it's not created as I checked in all the below ways.

1) Checked in VL06

2) Checked in LIKP table for the date.

3) Checked the outbound queue of ECC

4) Checked the inbound queue of EWM.

Checked for the inbound delivery notification in /SCWM/PRDI with reference to the manufacturing order (Production order) as well as inactive version of inbound delivery notification.

From the above, I conclude it's not created. I just can't understand why it didn't create IBD automatically? Can you guide me anywhere else to check?

I can't find table VRSLI. I also checked /SCWM/PRDI to find IBD against my production order document, but I don't find any inbound delivery. there is nothing in queues in both ECC & EWM side.

I checked for any IBD created in ECC and didn't find anything.

Moreover, if you check this document it's mentioned to check the IBD created in CO14. Here is the link to the document. Please refer page-39 and step041
