I want to use the advanced planning feature, but I still can't open the product review. I'm confused, what's wrong?
These are the steps I've taken:
1. Set Advanced Planning and Scheduling
2. Create Planning Version in /N/SAPAPO/MVM
3. Setting for CIF transfer in CFC9
I choose 2 (BTE Transfer, immediately) for Master Data Transfer and 2 (Single Resource) for Type Single Resource
4. I checked all the Data Transfer Settings in IMG-Advanced Planning-Basic Settings-Setting for Data Transfer
5. Define Logical System

6. Assign Logical Systems to a Client

8. Assign RFC Destinations to Various Application Cases

10. Assign Logical System and Queue Type

11. Advanced Planning checklist in Material master for both products and components
12. Advanced Planning Checklist in the Workcenter
13. Transfer PV to PDS

After that I checked the product view, but the results were like this:

Looks for me as liveCache connection isn't properly working.
Please check in transaction /n/sapapo/om13 -> "Checks" the traffic lights ...

After checking, I discovered I didn't have an LCA. Then I tried to create a DB Connection using the DBCO T-Code. When I created the DB Connection, the product display opened. However, the DB Connection still displayed an error, Authentication failed. I assumed it was likely due to an invalid user name and password. After reading various sources, the user entered in the DB Connection is different from the user managed in SU01. When opening SAP HANA Cockpit/HANA Studio, a user name and password are required, which I don't know. Does SAP automatically generate a system error if the password is entered incorrectly multiple times?
