Product Serialization Function in EWM

Dear Experts,

I am trying to use the Material Serialization Function in EWM at Document item level.

For this I have configured necessary settings

1. Created WH dependent and WH independent profile.

2. Set the profile in Product Master

3. Checked the inbound delivery item type as SN relevant

The issue is that at inbound delivery (item type : IDLV , Doc Cat : PDI , Item Cat: DLV) I cannot find Serial Number Tab at item level whereas System is asking me to assign serial numbers to items.

Hi Rana,

you marked with your red box the tabs for the delivery header level.

What happens, if you expand the view for the item?

So: double click on your item, then in the bottom right corner, click on the expand button (see blue arrow in screenshot). Now, you should see the tab "serial number" on item level.
