Hi @luirojas

You could create characteristics for  Brands, Families, Sub Families, Lines and Sub lines  in the app

'Manage Characteristics'

Assign the characteristics to a class ( of class type 001 ) in 'Manage Classes' and then in the app

'Manage Product Master Data' assign this class to the products involved.

Now you can classify each product under the 4 different characteristics

In the app 'Find Objects in Classes' you can input values for these characteristics and find products

that have this criteria maintained

Best Regards

Hello @Enda thank for the Reply, Is it possible that one characteristic is dependent on another? That is, it shows us the subfamilies only that belong to a family?

Hi @luirojas

With Object Dependencies you can influence what values are displayed depending on the value of another characteristic.

For class type 001 Object Dependencies is not possible but is when using a variant class  ( class type 300 )

and Variant Configuration

In S/4HANA Cloud we have a retail solution that involves Generic and Variants

Please check documentation below and scope item  3I1 'Products for Retail'

Best Regards

Object dependencies are not restricted to class type 300. They work as well for batch classification i.e. class types 022 and 023.
