Greetings Experts
I hope you are all well. Please can you advise me as to how I can view this on IBP.
Product A is sold as a standalone item, e.g. A Tyre. This tyre is also sold as part of a bundle, e.g. Car.
How can I see
a.) The demand for the Tyre as a component only
b.) Then as a standalone only
c.) Then the total demand?
I have found that I can see the usage of the Tyre as a component using the "Component Usage" key figure. I am battling to figure out how to see the demand of it as component and as a standalone.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Mohammad

Hi
Key figures
1. Dependent Production Demand - Demand due to production (Components)
2. Dependent Location Demand - Demand due to location to location
3. Dependent Customer Demand - Demand due to customer
4. 1 + 2 + 3 = Dependent Demand - Total demand for that product

Mohammad

Hi,
Please check for KF
1. INDPENDENT DEMAND (WKPRODLOC) - Direct Demand
2. DEPENDENTPRODUCTIONDEMANDDS (Aggregate to WKPRODLOC) - Dependent Demand
3. SUM 1 and 2 to view the total Demand in a custom KF
Thanks
Girish

Hi Girish
Thank you for the guidance. Unfortunately, my system does not populate anything in the Independent Demand key figure. I believe Independent Demand KF is an Input key figure.
Is there any other KF that might fulfill the requirement?
The the combination of Dependent Production Demand, Dependent Location Demand and Dependent Demand be the one?
Regards,
Mohammad
