Product Allocation confirmation with tolerance

Hello,

Is there any way, we can achieve the PAL confirmation passing with some tolerance value in % without any custom development.?

Business wants to get allocation check to pass with 5% tolerance above the active allocation, as its trigger a long process to submit request and change the allocation to get the critical order confirmed.?
