problems with work manager on S4/Hana 1809

Hi.

we are in the process of implementing S4/Hana, the version that we will implement is 1809. we are also using work manager for our field service technicians.

but now when we try to synch solution with the S4/Hana system we get an error. it was confirmed by sap that work manager 6.4 SP3 was convertibel with S4/Hana 1809.

the transmit is good if I don´t have any orders assigned. , but if I assign an order then we get this error .

anyone have an idea how to solve ?

we should run pretty standard on the work order get function, and the JCo is upgraded as stated in the sap note 2763991.

There is also dump in ST22. have created a case with SAP on this, as they trough suppoort told me that if would work.

have an statement that could not be executed.

Hi Peter,

are you running custom code as enhancement of the GetWorkOrdersSteplet?

Is there any error thrown in ST22?

We had that combination running at client side - but we had to upgrade JCO as well if I remember correctly. Please Check note: 2763991
