Problem with Alerts highlighted, formatting sheet message pops up while loading the planning view

Hello Experts,

we have some planning templates where we have alerts highlighted in few of the tabs.

Whenever we are trying to load the tab which has alerts highlighted- It shows a warning message that formatting sheet to be used for alerts. <screenshot attached>

How can we resolve this issue- we just dont want this message to be popped up?

Hi Raunak,

I guess your planning views are assigned to IBP formatting sheet. To get this resolved, you have to follow 2 step activities.

1) Open the Planning View(Ignore the pop-up), Click on the drop down of edit planning view and select 'View Formats'. This will create IBP formatting sheet for your planning view.

2) Under Settings --> Options, Goto Formatting Tab, Select the Formatting Sheet from the drop down(sometimes auto selected as quick as the formatting sheet gets created), then enable Apply Dynamic Formatting Check Box.

Hello Raunak,

Could you please check the following:

In SAP IBP Add-in menu > Go to Settings > Options > Formatting > Apply Dynamic Formatting, Make sure the IBPFormatting is selected as Formatting sheet.
