Previous TU can be used in EWM?

Hello, For S/4 EWM, I have a question, whether transportation unit should be always unique through the system. In case EWM has the unique limitation for TU, even if same type of truck comes to a warehouse for round and return, does EWM need to assign a new TU with the truck? Otherwise, if the same TU can be used for the same type of truck, don't we need new TU number? Really appreciate if any advice.

We can have the same TU number assigned as many times as we want.

Hi Hironori,

'unique' (in terms of DB table key) is only the 'S&R activity'. This number will be pulled automatically from a NR in case you create a new TU - no matter whether another TU with the same name does already exist or not (actually my wording is even wrong here > you do not create a 'new TU' in this context but rather a 'new S&R activity for an existing TU').
