Preqs are not getting ciffed to ECC

Hi All,

I have run the location heuristics but the Preqs are not getting ciffed to ECC.

When I checked the log - the error msg says "An outline agreement exists for this vendor".

Plz see the attached.

Hello,

Please make sure that validity start date of the outline agreement is further in the future than the delivery date of the purchase order item.

Check the source list and associated outline agreement and it's validity. Make sure it should be in release status.
