PR requisitioner validation table?

Wondering where and how PR Requistioner value is maintained or validated against when creating a PR?

Seems the given message is custom. to verify further, please click on 'technical Information' icon as highlighted in the attached image for better understanding.

Normally PR 'Requisitioner' field is a free field. Please try to verify keyboard 'F4' option in that field for any possible entries may designed for the field and go for the available options.
Please revert with your update.

Hello,

it looks that the error is caused by the lack of the requisitioner. 

This does not look like a standard error. If you define a required field for a requisitioner in the configuration (Define screen layout at document level), the error would be:

Enter Requisitioner

Message no. ME083

Please check what is the error number by double clicking the error. If it starts from Z, then this is a custom error.
