PPF no longer working post client copy

Hi

Since the Basis team copy back the production client in the QA client, things such as no auto WT creation for both inbound or outbound deliveries. The WT's can be created manually with no issues, but before the client copy, these actions were automatic.

I have tried comparing the PPF settings between the prod client and QA client and can't see anything obvious.

Can someone please let me know what could be the cause of this so that I can resolve ?

do you have PPFs planned but not executed, or not planned, or executed but without effect I would suggest to check SMQ2/SMQR

Checked SMQR and some of the queues were missing. Re-created the missing queues etc. and all is working as it should.

Hi, thanks for your response.

I have checked SMQ2 and the deliveries being tested are in the queue waiting to be processed. Does this suggest that there is something in the RFC that needs to be amended post client copy ?

Yes, check SMQR if queues are registered, check Scheduler status. Check if you have long running queues ( status running but nothing happens ), if you find such - reset status. Check if RFCs are avaiable.
