PPF message not always processed, stucked in SPPFP (SMQS)

Hi guys,

we are a few days before the start of operations at the customer plant and we are encountering the problem that PPF actions are not always processed correctly. When the GI is posted in EWM, a PPF message is created, sometimes it passes it well (message processed and GI is posted in ERP), sometimes it gets stuck on SPPFP as a yellow mark and by manual execution it makes a statement as Time timit exceeded

We are encountering this problem on the quality system, I assume it came from many actions being run in a short period of time, but how is it possible that some of them are works and some are not? I also changed the "Max. Conn" value in SMQS for the target time from 10 to 12, but it had no effect...

We encounter the same Problem. My assumption was the number of dialogue work processes too low. But not sure. We are changing our program to post GI delivery by delivery not all of them in one go. Let's see whether it helps.
