PPF. Defining Schedule Conditions

Hello experts,

I'm trying to figure out how to implement my own schedule conditions, but would need some help to make them work.

I would like to try to implement a schedule condition, that is met when the freight order is relevant for customs (/SCMTMS/D_TORROT-CUSTOMS = 00).

I configured a container element like this:

(no entry for the initial value)

And set up the condition definition like this:

In the end, the schedule condition looks like this:

But in the end, the PPF-action isn't scheduled.

When I use no schedule condition (so that the action is started directly) the action works fine. Which means the action itself isn't the problem.

Is there something I'm missing? Is the condition set up correctly?
