PPF Action not triggering in warehouse order

Hi all ,

I am  working on ppf  actions.My  requirement is   print warehouse order  at the time of  warehouse order confirmation.

I have done the following configuration.

1. define condition table

2.define access seq

3.define  cond type

4.define determination procedure

5.assign determination procedure

6.create cond maintaince group

7.define ppf action profile-- /scwm/wo

8. define action defination-/wo_single

9. define  ppf conditions

When  i try to  print warehouse order , getting  error.I have  attached screen shot of   error  and  condition record maintained .

Hello,

it's a very late answer, I guess you solved it in the meantime.

But, do you know, the field No.Copies in the condition is not the number of copies.

See F4-Help in that field.

0 Number of Copies from Spool Parameter

1 Number of Copies from Material Master

2 Number of Copies = 1

3 Number of Copies = Quantity in Alternative Unit of Measure

4 Number of Copies = Quantity in Base Unit of Measure

5 Number of Copies from Packing Instructions

May be that is the missig Information to execute the printout.

Hi  All

I  have  checked  in  SLG1 . Display log  says "Action Could Not be  Successfully Executed " . I have  also  reprocess  ppf  from  monitor  and got the same  error.I have  also maintained   spool parameters  in  tc-/n/scwm/60000431 .

Hi,

WO logs are activated from a seperate transaction. Use tcode: /SCWM/WOLOG - Set Up Control Parameters for Warehouse Order Creation to activate logs.

By the way, you defined a new condition table, but you used standard condition table(as seen on your first screenshot). Is this intended? If so, you need to remove all modifications(leave only condition table entry). Spool parameters are determined from condition master data. You maintained one, but it is not determining your entry.

Can you check SLG1 and get some more details.

Also try to reprocess ppf from ppf monitor and get actual issue..

But your message is giving actual issue... system is not able go find your condition. So please check issue.
