PPF action found but not added

Hi experts

I am a litte bit lost. I try to generate a printout of the TU while it is activated. This is working sometimes, but not all times.

Have now activated the log as well and can see all is working as expected:

BUT - in the TU, the PPF is not in?

I have another (working) example:

Seems to be the same - but in this case, the PPF is available in the TU?

Any idea what went wrong here?

Hi Michael,

I would suggest checking the action merging settings for your action. Sometimes we can observe the same behaviour using PPF actions with processed when 'saving document'. Try to change the settings for action merging to “EWM: Max. 1 Unproc. Actn for an Actn Def., Do not Del + lock” (that might help as it avoids deletion in the background).
