PPF action for GR triggered only after putaway confirmation

Hi,

I'm working with ECC6.0 and decentralized S/4 EWM 1909.

Whenever I receive a HU from production and post the GR, the PPF action which sends the delivery message to ERP and updates the PO only gets triggered after I confirm the putaway WT into final storage.

This can take some time, since the received HUs will be packed onto pallets first, before being put into storage.

After I confirm the putaway WT of the pallet I can see all the delivery messages in the ERP inbound queue.

I want to change this so the delivery messages gets sent immediately after I post the GR for each HU, but I don't know how.

I checked the GR Mode setting under Set Control Parameters for ERP Version Control which is set to Immediately Send GR Postings and Partial GR Postings to ERP:

Hi Tim,

according to your screenshot it should work as you wish (direct communication for every posted pallet).

You can check PPF itself, if it is by any reason is not executed. You can see it in the delivery, time when PPF was planned and time when it was changed (executed). From my point of view (based on your logs) it looks like PPF was not planned / executed at the beginning and only was executed at the end of the process.
