PPDS - Workcenter needs to jump from order to order

Hi team,

we have faced a particular work centres way of working and we need some help to try to create a PPDS model which could cover that specific scenario.

There are 4 WCs for pieces creation and then another commom WC for pieces validation. The issue appears when trying to sequence the production orders, as the common WC checks the pieces as soon as the previous WCs are finishing them, so it would need in PPDS to know when the pieces would be ready and to mix operations of different production orders.

i.e: the creation WCs are going through 4 production orders for pieces 1,2,3, and 4. The validation WC could be receiving the pieces in this order: Piece1-Piece3-Piece3-Piece2-Piece1-Piece4-...

Is there any way to model this scenario in PPDS in order to be able to sequence the planned orders? Right know we are working with 1 production order per piece creation with 2 operations, once for pieces creation and another one for pieces validation.
