PPDS Scheduling with Resource Pool

Experts,

Does anyone have experience with scheduling Resource Pool (Pooled capacity) in PPDS? How does this work?

Example:

# 1: Have 10 resources/machines & a pooled capacity (Labor) with # of individual capacities = 8, so now the Pooled Capacity is a constraint. How does this get handled during Scheduling in PPDS? No Optimization here.

#2: Have 10 resources/machines & a pooled capacity (Labor) with # of individual capacities = 10. How does this get handled in Scheduling in PPDS?
