PPDS Optimizer Capacity Leveling

Hi,

We have a business requirement to adjust the Resource Capacity to 90% without changing the utilization rate.

Example: Actual Capacity is 1000 and we have to adjust it to 900 (10% reduction) and the utilization rate will remain the same of 100% with Productive time 24hrs.

We are adjusting this in the resource capacity profile but PPDS Heuristics and PPDS Optimizer runs are not respecting the adjusted capacity.

We are following the Block Heuristics -> SNP Optimization -> PPDS Heuristics -> PPDS Optimization -> Close Gap Custom Heuristics -> Merge Order Custom Heuristics -> GD Order Custom Heuristics.

We want PPDS optimization to consider the adjusted capacity and accordingly allocate the orders on the lines.

Are there any additional setting that we need to configure?
