PPDS error 190 in CCR - Stock Transfer Requisition dates

Hi,

We have the followig issue about the 190 error in the comparision transaction data due the delivery dates inconsistencies in stock transfer requisitions.

When the transfer order requisition in S/4H is created, the MRP takes into account the Planned Delivery Date in the scheduling dates, as expected.

This transfer order dates are transfered correctly to PPDS but, when the Bottom Up heuristic is executed and the transfer order in PPDS is rescheduled, the system (PP/DS) doesn't take into account the Planned Delivery Time (the same value both in Material Master and in Product Master) and sets the same date both at Start Date (requirement date) and at End Date (Delivery Date).

This cause an inconsistency and the new dates are not transferred to S/4H and the 190 error cannot be processed at CCR.

In addtion, say that when we change manually the transfer order requisition with RRP3, the dates are set correctly with the planned delivery time parameter and trasnferred to S/4H.

How could we solve this?

Hi,

It seems that since we've started to planning the stock transfer materials with Classic MRP instead MRP Live, the 190 message has disappear in the CCR report.

Do you use the transportation lane and transport duration maintained in means of transport?

Hello,

Yes I do. And this product is included in the Product-specific Transportation Lane and there is 24:00 value in Transporation Duration at Means of Trasnport.

Planned delivery time is setted as 1 day at S/4 Material Master.

You mean this one day transport during is not being considered during the bottom up heuristic?

Could you please share the screen shot of product view before and after bottom up heurestic run.

Hi,

I was wrong. It seems that the problem starts at the PR creation by the MRP. There are no change logs for the PRs.

So the problem is at the initial CIF transfer.

When I create a PR manually at S/4, the dates trasnfer is correct and PPDS takes into account the transport times.

Hello,

Please check transaction CIFPUCUST02 for External procurement order CIF, if you set the indicator, SAP APO/PDDS adopts the date/times of the stock transport orders from the ERP system material staging date.

Also refer SAP note 1471730 - STO is rescheduled in APO despite
