PPDS Activity type queue time like teardown time.

Dear Experts,

I am trying to have queue time as activity inside the routing to have it in my PDS.

Step 1. Tcode OP17 - Create parameter as Queue time.

Step 2. Tcode OP21 - Creazed new formual by copyinf from std one and used queue parameter as formual.

Step 3. Tcode OP19 Created standard value key and used queue time as parameter here.

While creating the workcenter, where should i enter the parameters created in above steps in order to have a activity as queue time just like teardown time in the PDS?
