PP-firmed orders aren't considered in multi-level planning

Dear colleagues, please advise, may be you have had something relevant to our case.

The matter is following - we firm planned orders using such firming combinations:

1.input firmed+output firmed or

2.output firmed or

3.date firmed

Firming indicators are set via /SAPAPO/RRP_ORDER_SET_FIRMED or BAPI_MOSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3

The point is why we fix these orders - they should be considered in multilevel planning in such as /sapapo/rrp2, CTP process and as a result they cannot be changed. This is how it should work.

But when we test, the system does create new orders in stead of firmed orders or even can reschedule fixed planned order in CTP process.

May be there is different way to firm orders or we should make some adjustments?
