I'm trying to find pp/ds heuristics definition but every blog I looked does not involve detailed information about heuristics.Can you help me about that?

I'm trying to understand heuristics and where to use them in fact. For example "this heuristics generally used that kind of scenarios and it helps you to put in order operations according to..." I've zoomed the a lot websites but none of them detailed

Hello,

In the case you need to refer SAP.help.com for heuristic detailed information.

Apart from that in customization you can get the information about each Heuristic

Go to SPRO--IMG--Advanced Planning and Optimization--Supply Chain Planning--Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)--Maintain Heuristics

Here click on Information Icon " i " which will display the heuristics definition.
