Posting only possible in periods 2019/02 and 2019/01 in company code HYC

There are some blocking queue in transaction ECC-SMQ2. Double click it and go into the queue found it shows "Posting only possible in periods 2019/02 and 2019/01 in company......" in field “StatusText”.

I know it means the periods of posting date had been closed. But I don't konw how to change the posting date. I'm trying to change it in t-code VL02N, but it is unable.
