Posting GI and GR on EWM doc

Dear SAP Gurus,

        We are facing issue about posting GR or GI on EWM Inbound / Outbound doc unable to be back date. Has anyone suggest if it possible to define Actual date of GR or GI to be previous date , previous month? Purpose is concerned with month end closing.

Thank you everyone, I would like to explain more about our business case which possible has to post in back date ;

1. The worker works at night shift and doesn't have authorization to post document.

2. Next day, the transaction that is operated at night shift have posted. They need to post the GR or GI posting date in the past (using trx. /SCWM/PRDO , /SCWM/PRDI , /SCWM/GR there is no field to change to back date)

3. The material document at ECC is created with back date posting.

So, How to change the posting date in inbound delivery/outbound delivery to the back date from EWM side?

Please suggest if you have further idea.

Normally when EWM is Active we always allow posting in previous period due to time gap  of message exchange in between both the system . Check whether Posting to previous period is allowed in your system, if yes then no need to change the date
