Dear Experts,
Material to Material conversion is done from ERP and a PCN delivery is created in EWM.
M1 is converted to M2.
M1 has fixed bin B1 and M2 has another fixed bin B2.
When warehouse task is created for the PCN, system determines B1 as the source as well as destination bin.
System is expected to determine destination bin = B2 as the converted material has to be placed in its fixed bin.
Kindly suggest if there is any way to overcome this system behavior.

Hi,
ok, so you do a transfer posting material to material.
I think the most recommend way to do that would to trigger it directly in the warehouse management monitor, looking into physical stock. You choose the method Change Product or Batch and additionally select the option to create a WT. Worked for me fine as well.
But I guess it requires the same settings as the way you like to do it, but creating a delivery from ERP (did not test after I had the settings.
It is difficult if you do not show any settings, as I might start with a wrong assumption.
So what for sure is set up is that your WPT has the "Posting Change in Bin" entry "2".
Next to it is a flag which says "Goods Mvmnt Before Warehouse Task". Once this was flagged, it worked for me. OK, additionally I had to allow mixed storage in the storage type, but that should be the case for you already, otherwise the system would not find the same bin.
