POSC Config for Non-HU Product

hi Gurus, i have a question regarding POSC + LOSC during outbound from EWM

Scenario 1: Pick from HU product
- My LOSC and POSC config is working fine all align to my config. Which is good 

BUT

Scenario 2: Pick from Non-HU product
- When i pick from Non-HU product, LOSC is working fine, i created pick-hu when i pick from source bin. But my POSC is not working

What is the issue? is there additional config required for picking from Non-HU product?

Note: im using same process and same product for this scenario

hi Juergen, i tried to perform the outbound again. Both OBD i use same product and same bin (1 product with HU and another NON-HU), the WORC and storage process are trigger for both OBD...but it doesnt trigger POSC for the OBD pick from NON-HU

Current set up LOSC + POSC

S.type > intermediate bin > pack center > GI

Issue: When picking from HU product: s.type > intermediate bin > GI 

So we need to enter LIST in RF to change destination everytime... "

But according to your screenshot the system does use the process. 

How do you determine the pack work center?

Hi,

what is a "non-HU product"? You mean a product which is not stored in a HU?

You did the correct thing for LOSC, you created a pick-HU, as you wrote, then LOSC is working.

Now for POSC to work during the picking process - the process is determined with the warehouse order creation rule. So you need to check which WOCR is determined. If the one you expected is not found, I would recommend to activate the WO creation log and to check where the problem comes from.
