I need to know how to configure within the release strategy the scenario in which I need substitutes in case the main validator is absent due to illness or takes vacations for a few weeks. It's possible that these substitutes won't be known until the event happens, meaning it must be taken into account that it will need to be configured when it occurs.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
If the workflow is activated, and the substitution is activated to another user from HR side, system will automatically move the workflow to delegated user. This is standard functionality with classic release strategy.
However, you need to assign the role to the delegated user with the particular release group & code access.
