now i Request ticket support from user :

he told me : check why MP # 1232320039 didn’t generate four weeks ahead calls although 30-day sort field is set

can anyone tell me more explain about this problem ?

This is not any ticketing tool. In case, you assistance & you are willing to raise a ticket to SAP, then I would suggest to raise a OSS. Your Question details is very little to provide you a technical answer. If someone is asking you to check, why are you not able to ask for more details what they are trying to specify. Communication is the key to many things. So, if a User is asking to go to any specifics, you should ask for those specifics to save both of your time as well as ours.

You have also not mentioned any background how you got into this current scenario & you have not mentioned any of your system details

It would be better if you can rephrase what you need in a more clear & elaboration way

Rightly mentioned by Kaushik the requirement you have is vague

However from what I understand they are probably asking you why the Maintenance plan did not generate a work order?

1. Ask them more details since when it is happening and the last time it worked
2. Compare it with the existing work order to see what is different in the affected ones.
3. Check that
