Hello,
There is a use case wherein some split valuated materials are stored in 1 storage location. A material with 2 valuation types needs to be planned separately in same storage location. We cannot create 2 MRP areas in same storage location. Both valuation types have different reorder points. Has anyone worked on similar use case?
Thanks in advance.
regards,
Anupama K.

Hello @AnupamaK
Valuation type doesn't separate MRP planning. The purpose of split valuation (valuation types) is that you can have a single material (planned as a single entity) but valued separately.
If you need to plan valuation types of a single material in a single storage location, you should have two separate material numbers, not valuation types.
