no that is not possible. And I would guess it is unlikely that it will come soon, because the making of notes is possible on every potential attribute, so that would be hundreds of combinations possible with all fields as key, your target would need to be that flexible as well.
However, there is a customer influence request on this topic, if you want to sign.
And there is anther one I like much more: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/234609 is on reporting possibility, like some app in which you can evaluate which notes you have on which flexible level
