Hi,
we created a planning area with 3 versions (baseline, upside, downside) and decided to have version-specific master data types in upside and downside versions.
After copying the planning area (Create New with Dependencies) we realized that the versions with version-specific master data types were NOT copied. It seems that this behavior is related to the version-specific master data, because for other planning areas (without version-specific master data) all versions have been copied.
We tried to add the missing versions to the new planning area manually, but this wasn't possible as well. The system rejects saving the new version (message: "The selected version-key figure assignment already exists.").
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Marco

As you cannot see the version and cannot create it, you cannot delete it either, so you are in deadlock situatuon
You may try to delete that version in the source planning area and re-do the copy in order to be able to work again, nit sure if that would fix
But it looks like a bug that should be dealt with by support to me

Hi,
To solve it you need to select additional Version and confirm. Then you can remove latest change and at the same time you should be able to change problematic version to Baseline Key Figure.
