Planned replenishment issue- System is not picking from 0020 stype

Hi Friends,

I am trying to execute planned replenishment for a product which has fixed bin 0050-01-FIX. The minimum qty is 3 EA and replenish qty is 5 EA.

It is supposed to pick from storage type 0020 and replenish the fixed bin. But when executing the system is taking the source bin again from 0050-01-FIX instead of the bins in storage type 0020.

Current stock :

In fixed bin - 1 EA

product : Also assigned 'PICK' in stock rem control ind

Thanks for the link. I checked the configurations and it is almost the same.

But the problem here is that the source bin is not getting picked correctly and I am not able to check the relevant log for that.

Hi,

the recommendation is to activate the log for the WT, and check this afterwards. Then you can see what storage type search sequence was found, because most probably the wrong one is used. And then check the determination.

That is not the log I am looking for. You can find the log simply in the warehouse monitor (display the WT, other Methods, display log).

And as long as there is an issue I would always set the log on 4, with all information.

Hello Yogi,

As Juergen proposed, probably you can try Log active for '4 Additional Information' in Tx. /SCWM/ACTLOG to get your log for warehouse task creation.
