Planned orders failed to transfer from SAP S4/Hana to PPDS

Hi Gurus,

Issue: part of the planned orders (in-house production items) have not been transferred from SAP S4/Hana to PPDS with error code 152 continually.

Which areas shall we investigate to fix it?
