Dears
I ran /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER and RLCDELETE for the specific ATP category AI with changes sent to ECC (send deletion / both R/3 and APO). While RLCDELETE says '0 orders found", the other report deletes the orders in APO but the NOT in ERP. CCR bring them back a 'Missing in APO. Checked Queues in both systems and that's all clean.
These are orders created in APO. ATP Category AI: Planned order: not firmed, not confirmed.
I can't locally delete these orders in ECC.
How do I get rid of them ?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
A firmed planned order receives the category AJ, and a non-firmed planned order receives category AI. report /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER should delete these orders in both system with an option of delete order and sent for deletion option of this report.
Make sure all queues processed successfully.
Also in ECC you can delete it by using transaction like MD16 and MD19

The trouble with these programs in APO s it does not tell you the source of the error. esp. if it is originating in the target system. The case is that of that of some planned orders with older production versions (no longer valid). MD16 clearly prompts the message that planned order with vers xx is invalid but ALLOWS deletion (with some patience.. though it does throw up reds) in ECC but NOT in APO even though the order was created in APO.

Thanks RB,
I used MD16 and deleted without mercy. That helped. ECC is nice. It works faithfully all the time.
