Planned order for inspection plan with ePP/DS

For an inspection plan (inspection origin 04), I need to generate a Planned order to plan the capacities loads for the quality work center.

I alreaday defined the "work center for Capacity Planning" in the inspection plan.

Hello,

As per my understanding, the standard sap is not considered the Quality work center capacity with ePPDS. I'm not sure about the business requirement and Quality process. You may enhance the feature with Development only.

When I add the work center as in the figure (cf. image.png) in the quality inspection plan and also in the operation with acitvity values. The system generates a capacity load with planned order. I have transferred the quality inspection plan to SDP with the production version.

The product has two production versions: (0001 - for the production orders, QUAL - for the load on the work center related to the quality inspection).

I need PP/DS to generate two planned orders:

1 - related to the needs of stocks and could be converted to a production order to fulfill the requirements

2 - related to the capacity load of the work center defined the inspection plan to apprehend the planned capacity

We generated with MRP live this results (two planned order for each production version with an exeption message for the quality planned order) but we couldn't see the result in /SAPAPO/RRP3 and the quality inspection lot does not appear in the requirement elements.

After some modification from the APO consultant, the inspection lot appear but the capacity load doesn't appear anymore.
