Planned Independent Requirement not consumed by withdrawal quantity in S/4

Dear Gurus,

I had a PIR on February, being consumed by withdrawal quantity.

I deleted the PIR and created a new one (MD61).

Withdrawal quantity is still displayed in MD73 but doesn't consume anymore the PIR I've just created.

Any idea why?

Looks like this is normal.
