Planned Goods issue date in outbound delivery and Goods issue Date in Sales Order is different

Hello,

Users reported 1 issue and I have recreated a test data in testing environment.

In SO1, sales order was created on Feb 18, 2025 at 13:17:37. Timezone is JST.

Pick/pack hours are set as 5 hrs.

Warehouse business hours are set between 8:00~18:00.

Transportatio plan. day is not defined.

Lodaing time is not defined.

Transit Time is defined as 1 business day.

In SO1, Material available date is Feb 18, 2025 and Goods Issue Date(Delivery Date) was proposed as Feb 19, 2025 because SAP has considered pick/pack hours and warehouse business hours.

Pick/pack hours will exceed warehouse business hours, so SAP has proposed Goods issue date(Delivery Date) as next business day.

This is understandable.

Then users have deleted Route in order to enforce delivery date as Feb 18, 2025, and sales order has been saved.

Another SO2 has been created almost the same time at Feb 18, 2025 at  13:38:00, which is almost the same timing as SO1.

Delivery schedule proposed was same as SO1 above.

Material available date proposed was Feb 18 2025.

Goods issue date proposed was Feb 19, 2025.

Users have deleted route so that pick/pack hours are ignored.

Deleting Route enforced delivery date to be set as Feb 18, 2025.

For both SOs, outbound delivery have been created via t-cd VL10E.

Delv1  and Delv2.

In Delv1, Planned GI date was set as Feb 18, 2025, which is same as Goods issue date in Sales Order.

However, in Delv2, Planned GI date was set as Feb 19, 2025, which is different from Goods issue date in Sales Order.

In standard SAP, Goods issue date in Sales Order should have been proposed to Planned GI date in Outbound delivery document.

Since Route has been removed, pick/pack hours should be ignored in the system, so delivery schedule should be met.

(Material available date=Transport Plan. Date=Loading Date=Goods Issue Date(Delivery Date) )

Could help us to understand why Delv2 has Feb 19, 2025 in Planned GI was proposed in outbound delivery instead of Feb 18, 2025?
