planed order charcterstics not transffered to Production order in r3

Dear Expert

we are facing issue to only some material that planed order characteristics are  not transferred to Production order in r3  after conversion in APO .

I have checked my I model , CPP , and also tried to run CCR also but not able to rectify . also check setting in /sapapo/rrpcust1  as Transfer to R/3 In-House Production  -------create transfer event from conversion indicator

Any other setting need to be check .please let us know

Check SAP note 1886388

1886388 - Characteristic values lost after order conversion

though below note is for transport order but just go through the same.

1921313 - Characteristic values lost in R/3 after a change in PP/DS transport order

Also cross check whether planned orders have relevant data which should be transferred to production order? For this you can refer below note if required.

1406920 - Descriptive characteristics not transferred to planned order

coming to note 1886388 -- we have single value assignment to our fields and it is same in apo also

note 1921313---- we have mantained as CDP instead of VC which is correct

note 1406920---- My chacterstics are transffered to planned order even in production  order in APO but it is missing in ECC  .

please suggest any other settings
