Picking task from pick point not activate after confirm WT from rack bin with RFUI

Hi, we are working with EWM 9.5 and we are facing the following issue. We have a scenario where a partial HU picking is made in a high rack bin. The entire HU is move to a picking point. The first WO has two WT, one to move from the high rack to the picking point (Status " ") and the second one to move from the picking point to a packing area (Status "B"). After confirm the first WT with /SCWM/MON, the second WT is activated. If we confirm the first WT with /SCWM/RFUI the second WT is not activated. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Hi Daniil,

It is a typo. It should be "HU" instead of "RF". So I corrected my entry as "As you know HU is mandatory in LOSC unless it is ID point or Pick Point."

Hi Fernando,

Maybe you can check whether role of your storage type "PPCK" is B-Pick Point and in your storage type "RKAL" it is marked as "Pick Point Active" in Stock Removal Control part

Hi Tufan,

PPCK role is B "Pick Point" and storage type "RKAL" is marked as "Pick Point"

Thanks

Hi Fernando,

As you know HU is mandatory in LOSC unless it is ID point or Pick Point.

So, can you please make sure the Pick Point checkbox is checked for your intermediate storage type in LOSC config.

Hi Tufan,

The configuration is like you said.

PPCK is our pick point.

Hi Tufan,

As far as I know, LOSC works without RF as well. Why RF should be mandatory for LOSC?

Hi Fernando,

is your waiting WT assigned to WO ?

It should be not. If so, maybe this is the reason.

Hi Daniil, no, it is not assigned to a WO.

Thanks,
