Picking Quantity during KTS from PP Order

Hi experts,

i currently face issues with following requirement:

We have KTS based on PP Order for several products. Picking is done from separate picking area with own storage type, which is not HU managed and and has fixed bins for the products.

BOM Structure Product A:

Comp-1 - 1 PC

Comp-2 - 2 PC

BOM Structure Product B

Comp-1 - 1 PC

Comp-2 - 3 PC

The picking WOs and corresponding WTs should reflect the quantities in the BOM. Example:

FAUF order quantity is 50 PC of Product A. BOM Explosion now leads to:

Comp-1 - 50 PC

Comp-2 - 100 PC.

I now want to get 50 WOs with 2 WTs each reflecting the quantities in the BOM for product A. I achieve this by using quantity classifiers in Picking Storage Type and a Packaging Specification for Comp-1 and Comp-2.So far everything works fine

Problem occurs when: If i create FAUF for 50 PC of Product B, the OBD created in EWM would contain following quantities:

Comp-1 - 50 PC

Comp-2 - 150 PC.

The actual problem is that i need 50 picking WOs with 2 WTs which also reflect the quantities in the BOM for product B. I would expect WTs with following quantities:

Comp-1 - 1 PC

Comp-2 - 3 PC.

Is there a possibility to controll the quantities of the WTs based on a bill of material or is this not supported in SAP Standard functionality? Challenge is, that some BOM components are used in multible BOMs with different quantities.

We handled this requirement without KTS Process in EWM

We created PP Order, Released and verified it for 1 PC. Header Material has Production Scheduling Profile which is configured for staging via delivery and GR also from Inbound delivery

So you create 50 deliveries?

yes we do. We considered a BADI Implementation for WT creation, but custom code was not wanted by the customer.
