Picking mistake in Outbound delivery

I have following scenario. We confirm item in outbound delivery by mistake. Now I want to take out this item from the delivery. How I can take out the confirm quantity inside and remove the handling unit?

Hello abrakadabrakurwa,

First, you need to cancel or remove the confirmed quantity. For that, you can go to the outbound delivery document and locate the confirmed item you want to reverse in the 'Confirmation tab' or 'Post Goods issue' tab, depending on the version and configuration.

Now, in the outbound delivery document, go to the 'Handling unit' tab and find the handling unit containing the item to be removed. From here, you can remove or delete the handling unit.

With the above steps, the handling unit will be removed from the outbound delivery and will be available to process further.

Whatever item you want to take out of delivery, can try with that.

Also, suggest you to perform on lower environment first.

I delete the handling unit, but the confirm quantity is still appear. How can I put it back to Zero?
