PICK PACK and PASS Process in RFUI for MFS

Hi All,

I have created 12 bins with 12 activity area with a Feeder in the front and assigned the 12 activity to 12 queue for respective bins for which system is performing fine.

In RFUI Until the first Warehouse Order is completed system is not allowing to move to next Warehouse order.

System is throwing the following error in RFUI

E: There are open HU WTs; Repacking on

possible via WT (/SCWM/UI_PACKING051)

And the WOCR is User Driven not System driven.

Please let us know if Am following the right process or something need to configure to move forward.

Can you explain more detail, how do you want the system is behavior?

All WOs used one HU, so it's look correct.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for your reply, As I can see I have created 12 WO and once the 1st WO is completed untill Staging, System will not move to second WO system throw an Error saying

Please let me know how can I move forward.

Hi Jobi,

Good day, Under the Higher Level WO we have many child warehouse order and system should allow WO to be confirmed independently but system is not allowing unless and until I confirm the higher WO untill Staging Area.

I have used User Driven bez as am running the process not system deciding the process.

Were you able to solve the problem?   I am probably struggling with a similar issue.   The destination bin for my first WO is the packing center as per POSC, but I am expecting that to be the bin in /n/SCWM/SEBA.

Not sure what is wrong.

Hi George,

Good day, You have to re-think about the requriment we see here, In SEBA you we should create the bins for which pick pack pass process is working example FP01 till FP10 and once you cross this process from all the activity area then POSC will trigger for packing work centre and please use user-driven in WOCR rule not system driven.

Please use in RFUI it will work fine.

What is this open HU WT? Do you move the HU from first AA to second AA for next picking?

As you have Higher level WO and Lower WO, Pick Pack and Pass is working fine. But what is the reason to maintain WOCR category as User driven?
