Pick Pack and Pass not working

Hi,

Currently working on the scenario pick pack and pass scenario.

using the above link , I have configured the system .

as in the above link I am able to get three warehouse order with open, locked and locked respectively .

The issue is when I am doing the picking I able to complete the first warehouse order perfectly but when the second order when trying to move from the source bin to the pick hu bin the system is giving an error " no open warehouse order are open " .

when checked the in warehouse monitor I see the third waiting and locked .

Not sure why it is locked when the above warehouse order are closed .
