Physical stock is zero, but available stock exists in the system

Hello,

I've an issue with stock at bin level in EWM, following details describes the issue well

1. When I check stock of a product in warehouse monitor/SCWM/MON at storage bin level system displayed some stock.

2. I've selected the bin and chose the available stock, system displayed some quantity of a stock

3. Again, chose Physical stock on that storage bin, this time system didn't bring any stock lines

conclusion is we have a stock with Available quantity, but no Physical quantity associated with that stock.

Due to above inconsistency users are confused, please help me with your suggestions to resolve this issue.

Hello,

You can use /SCWM/CHM_LOG to correct incorrect database entries and stock inconsistencies.

You can find further information’s with notes 2540396 - Inconsistencies in available stocks table /SCWM/AQUA. Note 1943193 - Instructions for check monitor in EWM will guide you in the process.

Agree with Aurélien

• Check the Parent GUIDs for the Bin (Table =/SCWM/HUHDR)

• Enter the Parent GUID in /LIME/NQUAN Table and check the line item if it is available.

• If available, then it should display in the “Physical stock” view on the Monitor screen

• If not available, then there is an inconsistency and try to clear the inconsistencies from /SCWM/CHM_LOG for the storage bin

• If it is not resolved, request SAP (through OSS Message).

• Before requesting OSS, just check or analyze the stock movements from Monitor “All movements for product” or “Warehouse Task” view to get a clue
