The Physical Inventory Counting List can be extended, which would enable the customer to add a custom field to store the supplier’s batch number and populate the value in the mentioned BAdI during runtime. The batch number is already available in the standard form data provider and the BAdI interface, so with the batch number it should be possible to retrieve the supplier batch number from a released batch CDS view (e.g., I_BATCH)
