Personalize_doc_error found when PPF action is triggered

Hello Experts,

The issue is when PPF action is triggered for a outbound delivery in EWM system, we are getting an error in log which says :

"Document could not be archived. Error code: PERSONALIZE_DOC_ERROR"

the error is in standard code and there is no customized ABAP code in between. PLease help on how we can resolve this problem. This problem is faced by many warehouses.

Then I'd suggested opening an OSS incident. As per your question the error is thrown from SAP standard code. There is little SAP Community can do here, without access to your system.

Is there some kind of configuration which we need to check. I can sit with the functional to check it

Issue is resolved, condition records were deleted because of which wrong document was referred.

Hi,

Can you please specify more details around condition records which you are talking about.
In my case we have latest version and Notes are already included. But still getting same error.
